How It Works

Verify Your Employer

Let the leasing team know you work for a participating employer when you schedule your private preview or submit your application.

Apply as Usual

Complete your application and pay the standard application and administrative fees. No separate enrollment or paperwork is required.

Receive Your Credit

At move-in, 100% of your application fee and administrative fee are credited to your move-in costs. The savings are applied automatically.

Employer verification is completed during the application process. Current employment with a participating organization is required at the time of lease signing.

The Preferred Employer Program is available to current employees of participating organizations at the time of lease signing. Fees are paid at application and credited in full to move-in costs upon lease execution and move-in. Program benefits apply to new leases only and cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
