All fees are paid to the community unless otherwise noted. Fees are non-refundable unless specifically identified as refundable. Prospects may choose between a traditional Security Deposit of one month's rent or SureDeposit, a lower-cost deposit alternative ranging from $350 to $750; both amounts are based on screening results and may not exceed any applicable legal maximum. Included parking space(s) are part of your Total Monthly Leasing Price; parking is optional if you do not have a vehicle. Residents are responsible for maintaining renters liability insurance as outlined in the lease agreement. Some fees may not apply to affordable housing homes.

Residents are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. This guide is provided for informational purposes and does not modify the lease. All fees are subject to the terms of your application and/or lease agreement.
