The Moore

Where life finds its rhythm

The Moore delivers 1,044 square feet with a true dining room, because some traditions deserve dedicated space.

Thomas Moore understood that community gatherings nourish the soul. This residence honors that legacy with a defined dining room where family dinners happen around a proper table, not in front of the TV. The generous living area provides sight lines to supervise homework while preparing dinner, creating the connected-yet-flexible spaces modern families need.

Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets. The primary suite offers genuine separation and privacy, with its own bathroom access. The second full bathroom serves roommates, children, and guests, preventing morning bottlenecks as families expand.

With large closets throughout and room for real furniture, The Moore proves that family living can feel spacious without excess. The thoughtful layout supports everything from toddler years through teenagers, roommates and guests, making this the home to choose, and choose to stay in.

The Heritage

Thomas Moore purchased thirty-three acres on the north side of the King’s Highway in 1732. Over the following decades, he systematically subdivided his land, selling parcels for commercial and residential development. In 1743 he opened a small inn and tavern near the intersection of Union and West Main Streets. His inn became the staging stop along the King’s Highway between Burlington and Salem. Travelers and cartographers began referring to the settlement around it as Moore’s Town. By 1760, the name had stuck. The old designations of Rodmantown and Chestertown gradually disappeared from the maps. Moore understood something profound: prosperity comes from creating spaces where life actually happens, where families celebrate milestones, where travelers find refuge, and where the community gathers. The Moore honors this 300-year legacy of community and family, offering generous spaces designed for the way real families live.
