The Haines

Where light becomes luxury

The Haines presents 1,192 square feet crowned by a signature solarium, the ultimate two-bedroom residence for those who refuse to settle for ordinary.

The glass-encircled solarium transforms two-bedroom living into architectural distinction: morning meditation surrounded by sunrise, afternoon reading in abundant natural light, evening entertaining under the stars. This isn’t just a sunroom. It’s your personal conservatory where nature becomes part of your daily ritual.

The carriage door study provides a professional workspace without compromising the bedroom. The generous primary suite features a walk-in closet and maintains a clear separation from work and social spaces. The second bedroom flexes between guest suite, nursery, or home gym as your life evolves.

The open living and dining areas flow naturally into a kitchen designed for those who entertain as lifestyle, not obligation. With only 36 solarium residences in the entire community and premium corner positioning available, The Haines offers the architectural distinction that money often can’t buy at any price.

The Heritage

Richard and Margaret Haines embarked for West Jersey in 1682 with their children. The voyage was marked by tragedy. Richard died at sea before the ship reached the Delaware. His son Joseph was born mid-ocean. Margaret, newly widowed and with a newborn in her arms, arrived in Burlington and took possession of the family’s proprietary land grant: seventeen hundred acres covering what is now Mount Laurel and Hainesport. She raised her children alone and held the land. The Haines descendants prospered through the next two centuries. Their name endures on the map: Hainesport, the township founded along the Rancocas Creek, takes it directly. In the 1880s, a later generation built Moorestown’s first glass conservatory, a Victorian marvel where exotic orchids bloomed year-round. The Haines honors this legacy of resilience and cultivation with the only residential solarium in the Burlington County rental market: a sun-drenched sanctuary that transforms apartment living into daily inspiration.
