The Cadbury

Where Architecture Makes the Statement

The Cadbury brings 1,182 square feet of light-filled living to The Pearl Collection, featuring floor-to-ceiling glass that transforms the way a two-bedroom apartment feels the moment you walk in.

The expansive dining and living areas are framed by walls of glass that draw the outdoors in from morning to evening. On the third floor, 9-foot ceilings meet uninterrupted glazing that stretches to the floor. On the fourth floor, 10-foot ceilings rise above a 9-foot architectural break with glass continuing the full height to the ground, creating a sense of volume and openness found nowhere else in Pearl’s two-bedroom collection.

The dedicated study with a carriage door provides a professional workspace that closes completely for focused hours and confidential calls. The generous primary suite accommodates a king bed, a sitting area, a walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with its own full bathroom offers flexibility as a guest suite, creative studio, or second home office.

The open kitchen flows directly into the dining area, with premium quartz countertops, handcrafted shaker cabinetry, GE stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating positioned to take full advantage of the natural light that defines this residence.

Named for the Cadbury family, whose Moorestown home on High Street hosted scholars, reformers, and a Nobel Peace Prize laureate, The Cadbury honors a legacy of gathering meaningful people in rooms designed to hold the light. Only 16 residences carry this designation within The Pearl Collection.

The Heritage

The Cadbury family shaped Moorestown's conscience for over a century. Rooted in the town's Quaker community, the family produced scholars, physicians, and humanitarian leaders whose influence reached far beyond Main Street. Henry Joel Cadbury helped found the American Friends Service Committee and in 1947 accepted the Nobel Peace Prize on its behalf. His sister Emma directed relief efforts across Europe during its darkest years, writing letters home to Moorestown from Vienna. In 1924, John and Rachel Cadbury purchased the historic mansion on High Street, where Rachel lived until 1969. Today it stands as the Smith-Cadbury Mansion, headquarters of the Historical Society of Moorestown and a landmark on the National Register of Historic Places. The Cadbury family understood that a home's true value is measured not by its walls but by the people and ideas gathered within them.
