The Roberts

Where adaptability becomes art

The Roberts offers 806 square feet designed around one idea: your life is not static, and your home should know that.

The flex space adapts on your terms. Home office with a closed door for Monday’s calls. The guest room when your sister visits on Friday. Creative studio by the weekend. This room does not ask you to choose.

The primary bedroom (12′ x 11′) sits apart from the flex space, with a generous walk-in closet and the kind of separation that keeps work and rest on different sides of a door. The open living, dining, and kitchen area gives you over 300 square feet of social space anchored by a peninsula kitchen with seating for three.

Every Roberts apartment includes Pearl Standard finishes: handcrafted shaker cabinetry, quartz countertops, a GE stainless steel appliance suite, and wood-look plank flooring throughout. In-home washer and dryer included. Select apartments feature a private balcony.

The Heritage

ohn Roberts and Sarah Marks boarded the flyboat Kent in 1677 and crossed the Atlantic to West Jersey. They were the first English settlers to establish a permanent residence within the modern boundaries of Moorestown. Their 267-acre patent lay along the Pennsauken Creek, and upon arrival they had no shelter. John dug a cave into the creek bank, and the family lived in it while clearing timber and building their first home above ground. John died in 1695. Sarah, described in historical records as a woman of exceptional executive ability, managed the family's growing affairs alone until her own death around 1712. Their children married into the Elkington, Hooton, and Heritage families, weaving the Roberts name through Burlington County's founding dynasties. In 1736, their grandson John Roberts II built Elmwood on Lenola Road, a Flemish-bond brick homestead using blue-end bricks imported from England. Three generations later, his great-granddaughter Susanna Roberts prepared a specialty butter for George Washington's household during his presidency. From a cave in a creek bank to a home that served a president's table: the Roberts family understood that what you build today determines what your family inherits tomorrow. The Roberts honors this legacy of enduring craftsmanship and generational vision, offering a home with the space, quality, and flexibility to grow with the life you are building.
